I am tired of being beaten by the Yanks in the 400m

ISSA could mandate that the 400m for men and women be an exclusive event where as the participatns involved are allowed to compete only in that event and the 4x400m relays with the 400m awarded double points for the winner on the track , they could however compete in other field events.

In other words they cannot compete in any-other track event .The doubling of the points in the 400m should see schools improve on that event as it will be the difference in champs.

Within 4 years we should be 400m contenders on the PRO circuit.
