I have no problems congratulating JC on the Pepsi win. However, Yuh leff school before Pepsi Cup started, so maybe yuh nuh unnerstan how Pepsi wuk and the history of the junior development.

U14 success SHOULD auger well for JC, given their present instructure, as they have gotten to 3 senior finals with 2 wins in the last 3 years. However, there is no time to develop U14 ballers, as them is a bunch of fuss and 2nd formers. You can mess up a good incoming flock of ballers, but dem already developed to a certain level! Kudos to JC for doing at least the minimum with a vintage crop. Now lets see them develop them to Colts and to Manning level!

But know this .... any time you take 11, 12 & 13 year old boys turning 14 ..who have not previously played together as a TEAM....and mould them into a unit that wins an all-island championship...... THAT'S PLAYER & TEAM DEVELOPMENT!
