To put things in context since schooling is not (supposedly) primarily about sports.....An extract from a short history of Jamaica College:

Old boys of Jamaica College also continue to form the cornerstone of Jamaican life, serving in just about every area of endeavor including politics in the major political parties.
It was the former J.C. Head Boy of 1955 and now radio personality for many years, Neville Willoughby, who quipped at an Old Boys dinner held shortly before a General Election:
        • "Fervet Opus in Campis
        • When we shoot we never miss
        • Governments come and Governments go
        • But J. C. man still run the show ."
Nuh wanda peeple hate wi.....but dem ah guh tiyad fi si wi face..can't get wi......

              Toughest rivals?

              Inna ball??

              Hahahahahahahaha

Wi have 19 manning and led JC up till 1959, despite spotting you 8 of your manning from 1920 to 1928.

From the mid 1970s XLCR and Georges have been the trad. teams that won the most Mannings.

Gwaan dont fear STGC who beat you in 2 of the last 3 Manning finals yuh reach.

Until 2009, we have yuh ticket. LoL

JC won in 2007, breaking a 33 year drought...similar to when we won in 1983, breaking a 24 year drought. in 1959 we were AHEAD.

                              Hahahahaha.

They beat us in the SFs at that big upset, but their side was decent. We beat them in the SF of the Walker and won against CBar in the best display of attacking schoolboy football I recall. The 2nd goal had a 22 pass buildup!!!
