Girlz off to Olympic qualifiers in Antigua
A confident 18-member National Women's team left the island today en route to Antigua for their first
round Caribbean Qualifiers for the 2008 Olympic Games in China.

Jamaica are drawn in Group C alongside Dominica, Bermuda and host Antigua & Barbuda and are expected to qualify for the second round comfortably.
Charles Edwards, coach of the team, said everything is pretty much OK now and the girls are ready although he would have loved to have more time to prepare.
