Fuller had opened the scoring with a rasping 25-yard drive.
Leicester 1-1 Stoke
Leicester striker Matty Fryatt ended a happy week by scoring the goal which earned them a point against Stoke. The visitors had the better of the first half and Rory Delap blazed over after Ricardo Fuller had opened the scoring with a rasping 25-yard drive.
But Fryatt, who scored the winner at Aston Villa in the Carling Cup, fired home after coming on at the break.
Fryatt should have made it 2-1 with 20 minutes left but missed the target from 12 yards with a well-struck volley.
Leicester boss Gary Megson:
"We were well on top in the second half and it looked likely there was going to be only one winner. "I tried to sign Matty when I was at Nottingham Forest but he came here because Leicester were in a higher division.
"He has ability and a touch as good as anyone here and he is also a brilliant finisher.
"He may not be blessed with quick pace but he makes up for that with a brilliant brain."
Stoke boss Tony Pulis:
"We are not looking like a promotion side yet. "We are a hard-working, committed team but we are looking to get more quality players in and if we do that, who knows?
"The players always work really hard and their commitment is simply first-class.
"I've no doubt Gary will turn things around here, his record is very, very good and I'm amazed it's taken him this long to get back in the game.
"Before too long Gary will make sure that Leicester will be a very difficult place to visit."
