Disingenious or Breach of contract...?

Either way it's like when a man leaves a good woman and go marry someone else. Then, before the honeymoon is even over he tries get some
beef from the former lover. That might be a bad analogy but somehow there seems to be some parallels. Here are the facts as they appear to me:

-Wray & Nephew had a signed contract with the NPL for $100M over 5 years. That would make it worth $20M per year.
-Cash Plus came calling at the tune of $50M over the next 2 or 3 years.
-The newly formed PLCA (reps for the NPL) dropped Wray & Nephew and picked up the plu$$$$es with Cash Plus.
-Now the PLCA wants another piece off Wray & Nephew.
-Wray & Nephew, steaming with fiery fury like a woman scorned, says HELL NO!!
-Wray & Nephew subsequently ran into the arms of the All Island Knockout.

Now Eddie Seaga, Bruce Bicknell and Carvell Stewart must seek to find other corporate donors to augment the $250M budget said required to run the NPL effectively.
