Is Mason Greenwood eligible for the ReggaeBoyz?

Greenwood played in 1 competitive senior game for England (as a sub in a UEFA Nations League A game, Sept. 5, 2020) when he was 18 years-old - The updated FIFA Eligibility Rules, from 2020, regarding a player switching national teams, states that a switch can be made if:
1. The player held the nationality of their new association at the time of their first official appearance for their first national team.
2.The player played in no more than three (3) competitive senior games before the age of 21.
3. The player has not played in the final stage of an official tournament such as the World Cup, European Championship, Copa America, etc.
4. At least 3 years have passed since the player's last senior appearance for their previous national team.

Late investigative report, Halgrimsson asked him when he went to England , he was sport a RBYZ kit recently. He told Halgrimsson to wait until he sorts out his england and Man U future. Well it looks to be sorted , expect to see him in the BLACK GREEN GOLD soon.

They seriously want to destroy Mason Greenwood's soccer career - Now that talks of Greenwood possibly representing Jamaica is "heating up", I was shown reports of groups from England contacting women's rights groups, in the U.S. & elsewhere, to protest & block Greenwood resuming his club career outside England, and if he switches to Jamaica, block him from playing in any CONCACAF competitions.......WTH is wrong with people? There are so many more pressing & concerning things to focus on, but they think destroying a young man's career and preventing him from making a living, to take care of his family, is what they should focus on.
