    Dujuan "Whisper" Richards signed

    I'm seeing reports, with photos, stating that Richards has signed with Chelsea F.C. They said Newcastle United was close, but Chelsea got the deal done.
    Some may not agree with me, but I think his team should have got him signed with a good club that sees player development as a foundation of their system/program, like Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord, Dortmund, etc.......Plus, this season, it seems that Chelsea is stockpiling youth players, and reports are that they plan to sign more youth players, in the Summer.

        chelsea have changed their youth development strategy...they won't be loaning youth players out to clubs they don't control anymore...completely different system than what was in place under abramovic...
