Saw a report that Ravel Morrison will be coming to D.C., this weekend, to have discussions about a possible DP deal, with DC United. It's stated that Wayne Rooney, who was his manager last season, is pushing for this signing.......It's also being reported that Rooney is in talks with Jesse Lingard, who has been in talks with other MLS clubs.
