THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

So they think the regional body going to dig in their politics? How many months is left in Ricketts tenure? As long as they can't prove Ricketts broke no laws, it is up him if he wants to stay. KSAFA must remember that same thing will come back and bite them too as non performers. It would be nice if Ricketts resign but he is not about to.

Again you miss the point, do you know of another football entity willing to take on the JFF at this juncture, willing to air the dirty laundry in the media to put pressure on the JFF. You guys cant think in the abstract, like it was with Mr. Butler. Barring all Butler and KSAFA faults ( dem coulda thief) , having an agency advocate for positive change is always good. The politics of it being a reputable or righteous source , doing the advocacy is irrelevant.

I will take it to the tribal level which you understand , Uncle Sam is crying about Russia invading Ukraine to install its puppet government, didnt they do it in Iraq and Afghanistan and seeing that they did, does that absolve them from speaking up about the Ukraine isuue.

First let me set you straight. I never supported the second Iraq war. I supported Dessert storm. Another thing is people don't stand up and fight for paper government as Ukrainians do. These people believe in their country and when Trump tried to get them to do wrong they didn't. They also voted against Putin Allies in the last 2 Elections.

Anyway back to football, in the short term it look good but it is very disruptive to be doing this on a regular basis. What if within two years of the new organization others think they are not progressive, should they also call for them to resign?? I remember at one stage KSAFA was the broken one and should JFF pressure their head to resign??? As usual you just just look for today. It won't hurt if they wait another few months. They had the changes at the last election so they want to use force now?

Also people remember when KSAFA ruled local football for years how things were centered in Kingston and St.Andrew and stifle others so the trust factor is not there.

          The anatomy of tribal thinking

          * What if within two years of the new organization others think they are not progressive, should they also call for them to resign??

Yes, its called holding them accountable, whether they do or not is another issue

          * I remember at one stage KSAFA was the broken one and should JFF pressure their head to resign???

Yes, the JFF has a mandate to govern all things football in the Island

          * Also people remember when KSAFA ruled local football for years how things were centered in Kingston and St.Andrew and stifle others so the trust factor is not there.

Classic tribal thinking , be that as it may, history is one of opprtunity and challenges with all its prejudices and biases. Blacks have been victimized by europeans for centuries , we still have trust issues with them but it doesnt stop us from taking advice or assistnace when we deem it necessary .

I was talking when KSAFA ruled JFF for years. They didn't do much for the other FA so that is always remembered.

This is what cause tribalism. Your definition of progress is different from every one else and sometimes things are not done as fast in the beginning so you have to give people a chance to lay a foundation and create space for work.

            This is a classic

The question is not about assistance, it is about ruling. Should they rule us?

I dont understand superchat. We already told him Kasfa alone cannot get out Ricketts, If they could they would have a long time ago.. They will need other FAs for a Non Confidence Vote.. What am I missing? Can one person be so slow to comprehend basic english?

What he doesn't understand is that a lot in the federations doesn't really like Ricketts leadership but they don't like KSAFA ways.

Clown you lack the capacity to think in abstract , you must be a fool to think or suggest that I believe KSAFA alone can get out Ricketts. In fact Sass the other clown is smarter than you, in that he comprehends my points that KSAFA can agitate for change in the JFF , and it is well within their right to do so .

Sass poor rebuttal or dismissal of that point is that KSAFA has too much baggage with other federations to be the agitator of that change. My point stands , why not KSAFA with all it's baggage?

The irony is you understand Sass points in rebutting me , yet you conclude , I am suggesting KSAFA alone can change the regime of the JFF.

                          Ansel Lee still the rebel.
Former player then referee and long time Central Kingston and KSAFA committee member. Always a rabid football fan(atic).
