Thank you all for the positive feedback. I have always held the Jamaican player in high regard...and said as much when I was with the national programme. I know there are many quality schools in Jamaica..but do not know all of them..nor do I care from which they come from. All Jon Atkinson (the head coach..from England) and I care about are bringing quality student athletes into the program..and hopefully taking Longwood to the next level.
We have quite a few people leaving this year...but we are looking for another keeper...couple backs..midfielders..and of course strikers.
Players from the national programs..and possibly the NPL (that haven't signed contracts ) and from the high schools will be our main targets.
I welcome all recommendations and we hope to be on the island within the next couple of months...so any help would be appreciated.
