It was a litttlebetter day for Little Matter andthe Bowie Firebirds. They drew 1-1 with the Freestate Diplomats.Little Matter sent the 'Birds ahead after 10 minutes when he rifled ina shot into the top right corner ofthe goal from 12 yards out. The 'Birdsmaintained the lead forabout 7 minutesthen theygave up a soft goal.It was a hard fight the rest of the day but neither team could tip the balance.
