sickko there was an article that cash Plus has agreed to sponsor the NPL. I am aware that this is twice the amount of the JRN but was the crucial issue not that of single placement of the title sponsor (on the front) will Cash plus now allow other sponsors on the front. If you could find that out that would be meaningful in us understanding the issue.

That seemed to have been the key reason why Wray & Nephew left, so I would like to think that teams can now put their own sponsors on their jerseys.

From what I hear the clubs will be allowed to put their own sponsors on the front of their shirts etc...not sure of the intricacies of the deal with Cash Plus and Digicel but I heard it was for just one year.
Hopefully by then the JFF would have found another sponsors...Captain's bakery?
But J Wray and his whole family was kicked out by club power particularly the Harbour Views and Arnett and Tivoli Gardens and they have formed a club association and the clubs at least this year will get more money upfront.

would it now make sense for individual clubs other than boys town to target jay ray and nephew.. Now.. and Flow and so on.Comment
