Rockman come on - players dont sign contract stopping them from playing for other countries its a FIFA guideline .... you are aware that a player is contracted to play for a club when called to in exchange for a salary and the same is not true for National Associations ALL OVER THE WORLD , Kevin Deer has constantly refused call ups for Jamaica without any sanctions
