Stockton, California that's getting a lot of attention - He is Alex Alcala, and he's signed to LA Galaxy II. Reports are that Manchester City already has an option to buy him, when he turns 18. He is also being scouted by FC Barcelona. He has played for Mexico U15, but US Soccer is pushing hard to get him start representing the U.S.
