I'm taking it with a grain of salt because Woodward appointed from within, therefore, I'm not sure if they are not just Yes men. Matt Judge still in charge of contract negotiations, so these two new appointments may be just the club's "face" for transfers.

It is a step in the right direction, it is an official appointment, hence we now have a position established in which we could change the appointee.
Fletcher is a hard worker and his commitment can't be questioned.
It serves as a reminder to the current players that their dedication and hard work will be rewarded.
