He inherited BR team a 1/3 of games into the season in a relegation zone,took them to a Europa cup ,final,the next year he took the same team after the sale of Coutinho to make morechanges into the top 4 and a CL final.The season after that with significant changes he took us to a point of the prem and won the C.L.The year after we won the prem by a mile and a half. All with an average of $ 40 to 50 million, net spend sell to buy program.

This season.......... ? What Klopp has proven is you can get more out of less consistently to compete with oil shieks and russian oligarchs.
