the best source for this kinda info says that kouli & city have agreed on terms...but man city & napoli aren't negotiating due to the bad blood over the failed jorginho transfer...apparently kouli's agent is negotiating with the club so it's taking longer...i don't know bout the messi thing...i don't want messi...
