Come Sunday, instead of passing the JFF responsibilities to some less competent JFF vice president...Boxhill must simple ask the GOOd Captain Horace Burrell to begin the rebuilding process.

Frigg the constitution! Football in Jamaica is in immediate need of rebuilding, and that effort cannot wait until November.
