According to the OBSERVER, Harbour View beat Olympic Gardens 5-0 yesterday in the opening match of the Sherwin Williams Womens League.
After the match, there was a huge post-game brawl. Olympic Gardens goalkeeper Lataya Reid had a deep gash in her forehead.
Witnesses claim that Harbour View's Claudette Walker, a former Olympic Gardens player, hid a knife in her sock and entered the field,
using the knife to attack Reid.
Olympic Gardens coach Michael Peart said he heard Walker went into a tackle with Reid earlier in the game, and Walker got hit in the face.

Recently, KSAFA referees refused to work because of two incidents, one involving a player in the U-17 league slashing the tires on the referee's car.
In May, the St. Catherine Division One championship series was not held
because of a riot in one semifinal series between Flamingo and Travelers.
In the second leg match, a Flamingo player was ejected for kicking Travelers goalkeeper. While walking off the pitch, he punched another Travelers player in the face. Travelers fans (the home team) then stormed the field.
Police, who beat Cumberland in the other semifinal, were declared the champions.
