I agree he has no experience, however, what experience did the following have prior to their current job? Lampard (one season at Derby), Rooney, Gerrard, Zidane. Suh yuh need to take back your chat and frame it as such,(i agree that the black british guys should get an equal shot); in that its all about experience as you percieve it, because Arteta a forgeiner with his experience as Peps assistant is no better than Frake's as a reserve coach at Dortmund B team,in fact some would argue Yorke's EPL playing experience is sufficient to warrant a job in a lower league at least an interview.
