HL!!! Here's some info on the AUFC Winter transfers:
1. Nagbe wanted to leave, and return to home to Ohio. He made that clear to AUFC, from early 2019. He & his wife wanted to be close to family.......Nagbe has confirmed this, in interviews, since his transfer to Columbus.
2. AUFC was not willing to pay Gressel what he wanted. Both parties have been in contract negotiations since early last year, but couldn't come to an agreement. Both parties agreed that a trade would be in both parties best interest, since there was no compromise.
3. LGP requested a trade, as he wanted to go elsewhere & was being offered more money in Liga MX.
4. Villalba wanted guarantees of increased playing time, which de Boer would not promise. He requested a trade.
*One of AUFC's top Winter transfer targets signed with Monterrey CF, about 5 days ago.......They're in talks with 4 other South Americans - 2 Paraguayans, 1 Brazilian, 1 Argentine.Comment
