Every friendly or tournament since 2007 to the present he has been calling up players from Jamaica, Europe and the USA of Jamaican lineage and I dont have a clue who is his preffered starting 11.These last two Gold Cup, nations or caribbean cups should give an idea.But no they dont.
This guy changes his teams like underwear,after 2-3 years,whoever he toyed with is dismisssed.He absolves himself of any responsibility always casting blame in a simplified manner as players not fit ,didnt execute or listen to instructions.What he wont tell you is as in the Gold Cup, every game he changed 2 to 3 players in the midfield, or the strikers were changed every 2 games.
This to me indicates he has no confidence in his action plan, in other words im a try a thing.
You watch this campaign ,listen to his code words,not fit,not executing ,not playing to instructions etc etc ,ask him to analyses his tactics and you will hear madness ,like Jerome's changing of the strikers to throw off the opposition.
Imagine Klopp or Pepp ,saying they changed,Mane,Salah or Firmino to throw off the opposition ,or Sterling,Aguero etc.This sounds like something out of the Brendan Rodgers handbook.
