It was Burrell who changed the constitution to be elected only by parish presidents,it was Burrell who first 1st attacked the media and told them to "jump in the sea" , it was Burrell who 1st said "he doesnt want those sorts " in reference to a UB40 player.It was Burrell who 1st advocated for unlincensed coaches without experience.

Kudos to Rickets for following Burrell's template to the T,some would argue better.For those who says Ricketts is the worst of the worse , in comaprison to what or whom, take away Burrell's 1st term and he fits right in with all the other failures,besides he governs under Burrell's constitution.
