The 4 players bickering about who should take the penalty did not look too professional.

Yes, I have seen teams do this...but top teams appear to have this figured out before the game.

HL that is a typical example of what needs to improve. Anytime that team start sticking to assignment and people playing their role and not overdue it, this team will be one of the top three teams if not the best in the region. Currently we are just living off a some good role players and lots of energy.

Penalties are taking by so and so if they are on the field but you may have a player who feel it and take it. But I would think Darren would be a penalty taker in any coaches book?
