Ref shouldn't be able to use it in slow motion but at the speed of the game. Slow motion make it advantageous to the player who is "fouled". Showing a tackle in slow motion can make it look worst than it really was.

I could work with that seeing that we are dealing with a transformation (from 3d to 2d). My real beef though is with its religious roots.
