THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

FIFA ,and all the federations have to address it ,its simple, points deductions, i dont think playing in an empty stadium does anything by itself.Take points and ban, lets see which fan wants to be the cause of his team loosing points, the game is all about winning.

They dont care about playing in an empty stadium, they dont see that as a loss, and the punishment isnt felt by the individual.

    DEDUCT POINTS !

As a fan, I'll go to my rival's stadium and shout racial slurs so that they can have points deducted

Good,as a fan of the team,I and every fan in the stadium, will give you an ass whipping ,hold you and hand you over to the authorities in the stadium.

I can just imagine a City fan doing that or a Pool fan doing that in a title race.
