I say start Lukaku let us use Rasford as a sub,and it has everything to do with the injury substained by him when we played Pool's shakedown guys, besides, it is a way to keep Lukaku game ready .
At some point our franchise player has to be phased out, he will not be in the return leg against ,at best, a normal team, PSG.
