Now Tappa is talking about the coaching society in JA

He said the coaches ego get in the way. It hard to work with teams with players in the national program as they are unable to work together on players development. Things like when a player go back to a club, to give him assignment and have the club staff manage it.

Now all who a talk against coaches association can see one of the reasons why it is needed.

Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth. Life is for living and I won't spend my life feeling cheated and downtrodden.
