As you can see its public knowledge the significance ,limits and solutions that are out there to move football forward in Jamaica, the biggest hurdle is ISSA, and this is the Irony , they stand to gain most financially if they tweak school boy football by expanding the schedule, having quarter,semifinal to finals played on the wekeends all to the benefit of the holistic development of the youths , be it footballers or just the avergae school youth, afterall the monies earned go back to ISSA by extension the schools.
