Fifa man opposes England 2018 bid

If there is one thing that I agree with Jack about is the rotation of the World Cups. FIFA's duties as a the governing body is to help spread and develop the game across the globe. Each confederation should be given the opportunity to host (whether they can or not). Europe controls the game and FIFA because of their money. The spinoffs from hosting a major tournament like a WC is too tremendous to be controlled by one set. FIFA has that responsibilty to also help the host country. Jack has that one point, but his diatribe about England not contributing to world football is plain bull****************.
