    Here is the kicker and credit to Ricketts, that doesn't absolve him from criticism.If you listen to the Promo, it states "the JFF has invited " ? Ok you cant get everybody to come for whatever reason but you need to target key areas which are the foundation of development or play a key part in this process.

    1st JFF Ricketts should mandate that all RSPL teams send their head coach to the B Lic course,failure to do so would result in a hefty fine or a ban of the club from RSPL games,maybe both .

    That would send a message

    2nd, The JFF should mandate that ISSA send at least 5 high school coaches to said course and said sanctions will be dispensed.ISSA can say they are not beholden to the JFF, well the JFF can mandate that any coach who plys his trade in school boy football and is not in compliance with its directive will be banned from RSPL duties.
