BIG UP JFF PRESIDENT RICKETTS : The B Lic

The Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) is to host the first-ever CONCACAF B Licence Course from June 18 to 23.

Described by CONCACAF as a "new development initiative in coaching education", the course represents the fourth level in its coaching education pyramid following the E, D and C Licences which have been implemented over the past five years.

Paul I believe your questioned was answered as per prereq: It states a pyramid built on the E, D and C lic.Thats my take on it.
