    Final(s) prediction

    The finals will be between Belgium and Croatia. Belgium will be crowned the WC winner.

    I can't help but feel that France will face England. Don't ask me why. This WC is all over the place. I pick France, but I hope I jinXed them as I'd rather see any of the other three take it home.

        How is England more balanced than any other team? They have a weak midfield although Hendo has done well, Deli Alli and Lingaard have only moments of flash; Sterling? Really? Their best players have been their keeper and striker Kane. Others are less than consistent. They will need EVERYONE to play well to pass Croatia, but they can do it. Croatia is going to have a tough time overcoming the physicality of the last two games. Dem get beat up.

          Hard to pick. Wouldn't be upset if either Belgium, England or France wins. Let me think on it some more.

              The good news is that there is a "50/50" chance that there will be a new champion. That would be good for football.

                I think the Finals will be Belgium vs England, with Belgium winning their 1st title.......For Croatia, I think 2 back-to-back physically & mentally draining 120-minute games, and their dependence on Modric (the leader, director & heart of the team) will be an advantage for England.
