Haven't been to Jamaica in years, and even longer for Kingston/St. Andrew, BUT wouldn't it have been better to carry the victim to a hospital in St. Andrew???.......Based on my memory, he was shot is St. Andrew, close to New Kingston, but he was pronounced DoA at Kingston Public Hospital, which is downtown Kingston.
