    As is,the impetus is on Pool to distinguish itself on two fronts.
    Having sold Suarez and Courtinho, Liverpool has to do better at retaining its coveted players.
    Also, Liverpool (a few years ago)finished second in the domestic league, and has since failed miserably at repeating that , it recently accomplished similar heights regarding the CL, will repeating that feat also be elusive..?
