Someone said to me that Bradley will get the job. The person went on to say the US is akin to a carousel/merry go round (of mediocrity) with music playing and those on the fake horses waving as they pass their loved ones (as if they are going some where) I laughed and said I would post it here

Are you saying that Tata Martino, who was head coach of Paraguay during its most successful period ('10WC quarterfinal & '11 Copa America runner-up), won the Spanish Super Cup & Copa del Rey the year he was head coach of FC Barcelona, and as head coach of Argentina was back-to-back ('15 & '16) Copa America runner-up, came to MLS to "rebuild his star"???Last edited by USAF; October 21, 2017, 01:50 AM.Comment

I take it that that 30% is a maximum?! as in, he's trying to limit the number of these players, as opposed to establishing a minimum (affirmative action-style) quota..?!?
