LOL!!! Don't know about that claim. I get a lot of information from you & other posters here.......When it comes to CONCACAF, I know very little about their rules.
I was asking because last week Haiti's top U17 player, Steeve Saint-Duc, (MVP & Golden Boot winner at the 2016 CFU U17 Championship), was in LA for trials with LAFC. It's also reported that he was scheduled to also trail with Seattle Sounders.Comment
