Andre you are protected by the almighty. Do not question it; you could not be out there for 90 mins last night. Finger cut boss, you are otherwise healthy (no head or grave body injury). Andre don't worry. You weren't born yet but there was team from Brazil (1982) that didn't win a thing but is still spoken of to this day. You are only 26, there is a much bigger stage waiting for you.
Tappa hold tight, you walked the road that Andre walked last night (being injured in a GC). Keep doing good and never let evil (which exists) get a hold of you. At times you may want to question things, don't. It's not for you to question just continue to live right and uphold the good, the best you can.
