    UEFA liscene a must! Must be willing to work in Jamaica set up a curriculum of UEFA standard to seek certification or liscensure on dirt fields ,worn out black boards,probably bare foot youths.

      Who ever put that together,took every credible suggestion,well most from the RBYZSC and put it all together.


      Well done who ever the author isThat to me is a Jamaican cultural paradigm of an academy.The JFF is building a building calling it an academy,yuh think it can achieve anything this bredda put forth ? It will only play a role in the larger context of holistic development in no way will it be the nucleus,the nucleus must and will be the certified teachers ( coaches) nutritionist,sports psychologist etc.

      A bet yuh money di ting ( building)aguh empty 2 weeks before every FIFA tournament.A suh it aguh ,player X,Y Z and claffy called to the JFF academy for preparation for the FIFA U 17 tournament.....Joke ting people!
