Note: This should be looked at in the light of age-group players moving from one level age-group to another in an era of increasing age-group competitions.
The point is the players, with subtractions and additions as better players are discovered, often find themselves in continuous exposure to top training as they move through the age-groups.
It is easy to see that i) perpetual renewal is constant, as is ii) continuous preparation of teams, and iii) national teams being in a state of being continuously match-ready.

Why is it we (our JFF) cannot follow this same path?
To reach the final of a world championship is a great feeling for any coach. It's enormously satisfying, because it represents the culmination of two years' work with a particular group of players.
