Chelsea and to some extent City are anomalies, for everone else ,reaping the rewards...takes time.
Ozil appeared to be a dud in the beginning, and whereas as he is giving a goid account of
himself,he is still short of being at his best.
Bailly is tge real deal,Zlatan has delivered,Pogba has improved our midfield,and there is really something Henrikh.
