Daniel Gordon's Sandhausen won 3-1 today at Karlsruhe, his old club. Karlsruhe fans are calling for the ouster of first-year coach Tomas Oral. Karlsruhe is in 16th place, in the relegation zone. Sandhausen is in seventh place.
The former coach, Markus Kauczynski, left Karlsruhe to go to big time club Ingolstadt, but was let go after a miserable start to this season. Kaucynski did tell Karlsruhe during the winter break of last season that he would not be
back for 2016-2017.
Which brings us to Winnie: Given his current status in The Captain's doghouse and JFF's financial situation, I would think at the very least if Karlsruhe wanted to talk to Winnie about coming home, JFF would give permission.
