I recalled a prediction I made after the England tour debacle that the Jamaica/Reggae Boyz ranking would be in the 100's by the time Boxhill's reign was over.
Only 3 months left to see if my prediction will come to pass.

Congratulations Mr. Boxhill, and lets see if we can hit your goal of 100!

Lowest FIFA ranking for Jamaica in 13 years

Jamaica is now the fourth best team in the Caribbean according to FIFA's latest world rankings which see the Reggae Boyz dropping 25 places to 93rd. This is the lowest rank for Jamaica since 1994 when they ranked 96th.

Over the past month, Jamaica lost 3-0 to Vietnam, 2-0 to Malaysia and 8-1 to Iran on a tour of Asia and the Middle East which contributed to their plummet. Additionally, Jamaica has won only one of their last eight friendlies.

Trinidad and Tobago regained the top spot in the Caribbean and are ranked 65th in the world. Cuba (90) and Haiti (92) are also ahead of Jamaica.

Meanwhile, Brazil's Copa America victory has helped moved them back to the top of FIFA's world rankings.

        Improved place
The South Americans climbed up from third place after beating Argentina 3-0 in the tournament's final on Sunday.

Argentina are themselves up to second place, with World Cup champions Italy slipping from top place to third.

Brazil were knocked off top spot in January, having previously led the rankings for an uninterrupted run of more than four years.

The recent flurry of matches on the American continent has also seen Mexico leap 16 places to 10th off the back of their appearance in the Gold Cup final and the semi-finals of the Copa America.

Croatia have also broken back into the top 10, climbing from 11th to seventh place, while England and the Czech Republic have both slipped out of the top 10 after not playing any matches in the past month. The Czechs fell one place to 11th with England dropping from eighth place to 12th.
