THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Bailey is a Jamaican citizen and therefore a non EU national making a work permit difficult to obtain which probably explains why any move to England didn’t worked out. The 19 year old is a controversial figure as he was moved illegally to Belgium by his agent Craig Butler. The whole saga is a long and complicated one which you can read more about here. Needless to say that Bailey has had an interesting career up to this point.

Here is the story that I have been looking for

Four years ago, Leon Bailey and his agent, Craig Butler, landed in Belgium after having crossed the Atlantic from Jamaica.

Realising his protegee possessed magic feet, Butler was hoping to place the 15-year-old in a renowned football school to further polish his skills.

Leon Bailey is a phenon and has been exposed to a professional set up consistently since age 14/15. That is a winning combination.

They kid was playing under 12/15/17 at the same time and was top scorer in 12/15 and second in 17. What is that if not a phenom? Freddy A-Who?
