They are responsible for providing the TOOLS for coaching development, youth development & infrastructure, so there has to be people who can develop an efficient & effective comprehensive PLAN, that BEST fits the country, to accomplish these things.......If finances are limited, they have to be creative. Find & utilize the resources that will cost little to nothing, as well as KNOW your VALUE so you can partner with corporations that can provide MORE than a little check - That way, you're not looking for a deal, you're attracting investment & negotiating a partnership.
