The person I wanted to take over the program was Frank Rijkaard, but I've given Klinsmann the benefit of the doubt, from '11 - '14 (when he started the new WC cycle), BUT I see no improvement in our play & he continues to select players that offer NOTHING to the team. US Soccer has given him MORE POWER & CONTROL than any previous head coach & also gave him a BIGGER budget - he's both head coach & TD, with power to hire & fire coaches & other personnel for all levels of the men's program, and the only achievement is a bigger player pool, BUT he isn't using it to build for the future.
The BIG question is - If they fire Klinsmann, who could come in take over at this point???
