    1-0 the hottest beating

    If we had de Gea and Man U had Mingolet ,it would have been as I predicted 4-0 or more ,Man u scored from their only shot on goal.

    That one really hurt,well the winning streak starts on the next game.

    This is not for the weak of heart.

      I disagree, the type of shots that De Gea saved are what Mignolet is good at. It's the balls coming through the air in the box that have been problematic. I don't think De Gea would have had a chance on Rooney's strike. I would have to take a look at the replay to comment on his initial save.

      The REAL problem is goal scoring, IMO.

        Do you? You just said the balls coming in the air are problematic,well a high % come in the air,in fact the Can shot to De Gea came in the air,he recovered to parryFirmino shot also in the air,Mingolet went after a Fellani header,yes it was in the air ,the post saved him and he couldn't recover to block Rooney shot in the air.

        Scoring is a problem but not the only one, if we had a better keeper we would be eking out 1-O wins and more draws.

        Mingolet is a liability.He is not commanding enough.

            Is not just 1-0 is 1-0 at home even worse!!

            BTW there were two shots on goal in that one attack!

            Sometimes I read your expectations and I wonder if we are looking at the same team, 4-0! this is daydream talk, pool barely score 25 goals over 22 games and have given up 28, that is a -3 gd, the team results are closer to a bottom third club. Manu has given up 20 but scored 28 that is plus eight and they are cussing but pool fans are not looking the reality in the eye!!!

              Hold up,who would be our keeper if you bad DeGea,and should I see that afterthought (the congrats)possible only for just having DeGea?

              At the end of the day,all heart related concerns turned out to be about Pool's.
              A heart surgeon with an implanted heart pacemaker.
              There are consequences to making all dem BIG chats leading up to the game,and now it is our responsibility to make sure you presumptuous fellows face those consequences.
              Had Pool beaten Arsenaln it would be a winning start,and had Man U dropped all three points today,Pool would have had something of a winning streak.So you want another bite at the apple?
              What I want to know is why in your mind you think catching Man U is a much easier task than Man U winning the EPL?
              Your task is enormous,and losing at home to a self defeating bunch of misfits (my team)isn't exactly justifying the optimism..,better luck this time around with you mere hope of a winning streak starting.

                How can we eke out a "1-0" win "with a better keeper" when we don't score??

                  Which "pool fans" are you talking about?? you used a plural, i.e. "fans" . In one of my above posts, this LFC fan stated that our problem is goal scoring... watch the brush you use... call man out directly please. Thanks.

                      Correction we didn't score on that game.We just drew with Arsenal and before that beat another team.

                        Mignolet is backed by the manager. You laughed after me when I said we needed a 20+ goal a season striker and a goal scoring midfielder. Goal scoring has been a problem since Suarez left. Sturridge can score, but he is useless sitting in the nurse's office. Goals, nothing else, are our problem...and goat mouted fifth columnist so-called "fans" who haven't learned that their 100% record of blighting us means they should jes shet dem face! You are a bigger problem to the club than Mignolet, or Bogdan for that matter. KMT.

                              Reality says we had 19 shots on goal 4 on target , Man U took their one on target , reality said we had control of the game, reality said we had a speculative penalty not called.Reality said we lost , because of those factors.
