I don't know if I'm soliciting anything ... but THEY ARE NOT the same "situation"...! One is ABSOLUTELY and without question a joke (the Law one just in case you're not sure) and the other is a more than plausible comment based upon the subject matter and the history and character of the person (allegedly) quoted (Shankly)

I can guarantee you that a version of that joke has probably made the rounds a zillion times in other guises... so don't fret Rocky, that will at no time ever come to anything... don fret yaw... everything will be alright.
