    What is ESPNU?
"Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing. And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb. And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance." ~ Kahlil Gibran

ESPN University Network, and it is available on dish network. Don't think it's available on cable. They are showing the U-20 world cup matches.

      Korea 1, USA 1 final

Switched off the Copa America between Bolivia & Uruguay for the U-20s.

If te USA had won, Zeppo would have posted the report at once. Well, they didn't so I will have to do the job.

US ride luck to Korea draw

There were shades of the 2002 FIFA World Cup at Montreal's Olympic Stadium on Saturday as the vociferous, largely-Korean crowd saw their heroes record a 1-1 draw with the USA.

The Taeguk Warriors started brightest, with lively forwards Young Rok Shin and Sang Ho Lee combining well with the technically-gifted Young Sun Shim to cause the lacklustre Americans all sorts of problems. Only their finishing let them down and they were made to pay when the USA's Danny Szetela scored from his team's first attack, latching on to Sal Zizzo's pass with 16 minutes gone.

Despite the blow, the Koreans refused to let their heads drop and came back strongly. A fine move in the 38th minute ended with Shim threading a ball through to Shin and this time there was an end product. The stadium erupted as the equaliser went in and Dong Hyun Cho's men picked up the pace as they went in search of the winner. Their domination was total, but Shim, Shin and Tae Goon Ha all spurned excellent chances, leaving both Korea Republic and the USA in need of wins when they take on Brazil and Poland respectively on 3 July.
